About the role

This position will report to our Europa, Africa and Middle East Account Director.

No prior work experience required.

A Junior IT Analyst responsibility is to implement and support successfully our software in our customers, making sure they get the most out of our solution.

• Project management for implementations
• Documentation
• Training
• On-Going support
• Marketing consultancy
• Data analysis and processing on Excel and SQL

100% Home office

Minimum Requirements

• No prior work experience required
• SQL: skills to write SQL statements including joins, group by, etc.
• Languages: English + Spanish
• Experience or keen affinity with IT and digital technologies required*

Desirable skills

• Excel
• Advanced SQL
• Http / PHP / Javascript
• Tableau skills
